The user is an intellectually gifted, active, and culture-interested woman living in central Stockholm. She uses a power wheelchair that she controls herself but needs assistance with manual transfers, walking training, and practical tasks in her daily life.

She plans and manages her life independently – as an assistant, you primarily function as her arms and legs. She can express her own needs but quickly tires from having to give detailed instructions. Therefore, it is highly appreciated that you are observant, learn routines quickly, and can work independently.

The user works daily in her studio and has an active life with various activities. It is therefore very important that you have a driver's license and feel comfortable driving in city traffic, as you will regularly be driving the user's car (automatic) to and from activities.

Working hours are variable:
Weekdays 8 AM–3 PM or 3 PM–7 PM
Weekends 8:30 AM–4 PM
If the fit is good, there is a possibility for fixed hours.

The user also spends periods at her summer house on Kungshatt, mainly during the summer. Travel there is by SL boat, and work shifts are adjusted according to boat schedules.

We are looking for someone who:
Speaks fluent Swedish, both spoken and written
Is calm, warm, and secure in your approach
Is attentive and can gauge when to be in the background or more active
Is used to working independently and setting boundaries respectfully
Has a strong work ethic, is flexible, and adaptable
Is physically strong
Has a driver's license (B) and good driving experience in city traffic – this is an absolute requirement.
